Just read a very interesting post.
Cheryl talks about a book she just read, where the author (Dr. Harvey Karp) reckons that the first 3 months of a newborns life should actually be the 4th Trimester. Dr Karp believes that babies are are not really ready to leave the womb when they are born, but have to because if they didn't, their heads would be too big for the birth canal.
This got me thinking though... moms get REALLY big during a twin pregnancy. Can you imagine how big they would get if they were pregnant with twins for an additional 3 months?
